solutions, or are burried in your own integration project, our support services are available to meet your requirements. Jumper places a
strong emphasis on partnerships. We understand that service and support of the product, even though it is open-source, is a major concern
of customers. To meet that need Jumper provides the following support packages to all Jumper users. |

JUMPER SUPPORT SERVICES
Incident Technical Support Packages
Call Packs are ideal for companies who already have an existing Jumper installed but need that extra technical
support.
Annual Support Subscription
The sky is the limit with the Annual Support Subscription call packs. Ideal for project based implementation support of a
Jumper, or support for deploying additional Jumpers in new divisions or departments. Four contacts within a subscribing company
can give us a call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and includes four days of additional onsite support. We will provide
a dedicated support engineer and the full resources of the Jumper consulting team to each customer who subscribes to
discuss any problems related to what the customer needs from Jumper Networks.
Consultation, Deployment, and Integration Services
Jumper Networks provides onsite consultation, deployment, and configuratuon of the Jumper into your existing infrastructure.
Leverage our expertise for new or current data aggregation or integration projects. Services include custom
configuration of a semantic strategy and on-demand data infrastructure, full deployment of one or more Jumper servers,
and full data integration support for any research or clinical trial application. Consultation, deployment, and integration
packages are available for Jumper Network engineers to come onsite to meet each customer's specific needs; from daily
rates to full project support.
JUMP TRAINING
Jumper Certification
For developers and data architects who at any skill level want to advance their skills, we offer a comprehensive training
and certification program culminating with the Jumper Certified Developer (JCD) course. The Jumper Certified Developer course
is designed for experienced developers, data architectects, and system administrators. This 5-day course provides intensive
hands-on training on the full implementation of the Jumper Framework, including building Semantic Master Data, Semantic
Dictionaries, RDF search graphs, mapping Semantic Models, and automating Data Pipe Transformations. The class provides hands-on
work and includes the JCD Certification Lab Exam. The
5-day courses are offered at Jumper Networks' headquarters in Plymouth MA (a popular tourist destination 30 miles south of
Boston).
